I'm having OC issues so instead of getting a new motor can I just have nissan buy my car instead? Can someone explain what buy backs mean pls.

 

Lemon Law is same issue three times within the first year, I believe.

 

what year is your car 06 issue re: oc?

 

essentially you're going to have to get your engine replaced 3 times with the same oil consumption problems within the first year in order for Nissan to admit your car is a lemon...

sucks. Wish I knew about the 06 problem before I bought my 06 or I would've just fronted the extra cash for an 07

 

Well I thought 06 wont have the OC problem so I stayed away from >05 models. This sucks

 

The so-called lemon laws vary from state to state. I suggest you check the laws in your state (google "lemon law florida) and NOT rely in message board legal advice.
