Man, at least you guys just got a ding. I walk up 6 flights of stairs so I can park in a low traffic area at school, and I park in a spot that only allows a car on one side of me (cutting the odds in half in theory) and someone ran across my fender. It's not bad, but it's not good. And PDR won't work on something like this.

Dont feel bad.. I always park out in the back nine, that way there are no other cars by me . I would rather have a door ding, than a huge smashed in fender from a shopping cart like i did. I'm not sure if someone rode the cart into my car or if it was the wind ( it was a very windy day). Alot of people say no way a shopping cart did that. I swear on my Z. Target has some of the biggest, meanest, carts any Z has ever seen..

close up of the dent

A GREAT picture that i HATE to see. Happend just before the meet dont mind the date on the picture

VERY soon after i saw those pictures i went and bought some CF fenders.

congrats on hitting puberty!

No man that sucks. I also try to avoid it at all measure's. I even park way out in the boonies so that no one parks next to me, but fore some damn reason there is always that one AHOLE who does.

This is the one thing I am **** about. I never park anywhere unless I have an end spot in a row (as sporkdevil theorized cuts my chances by 50%). So far so good, I hope I can make it as long as OP did!

I had a few dings removed on my Prelude, and the guy who did it left 2 more dings in the door even though he removed the main ones. He said "they were already there", and I was like "um, no they weren't, because I know my car's doors better than you"... he also knocked paint off on one part and claimed that Honda's in that year 1998 were reported to have weak paint that would just "flake" off for no reason, big sheets of it just come right off going down the highway.......

He gave me $50 off, and I got my car out of there as fast as I could, afraid he'd wreck more if I pressed him to do anymore work. Supposedly the guy was reputable. So yeah, I want to avoid any type of ding repair if I can.

I feel you on the end spot. I also try to park real close to the curb thus giving my z about 5 -7 feet from the guy parking next to me. on occasions i get the morons who cannot see the white lines, and they cross over them into my space as well. WISH PEOPLE WOULD LEARN HOW TO DRIVE/PARK!

One of the girls at my work has the EXACT same thing happen to her (wal-mart). We think that someone was backing out and a cart got caught inbetween the two cars.
