in California I know 3 yrs ago it was legal to do for just 1 day, but really, how would police know, I doubt its changed since then, but maybe

just thinkin about drivin about 50 miles.. hopefully i dont get caught by popes cuz my car is pretty noticible.

A guy I know has a kit car.... and I dont think it has anything covering the hood, and its road legal.....

don't know if that flys for non-kit cars, but I cant see the difference.

keep an umbrella handy....just in case it rains....no hood= pointless
