Default Epoxy Garage Floor Coatings

I thinking of coating my concrete garage floor with the gray semi gloss and colored decorative chips. I'm wondering though if the floor will be a bit slippery, especially if there is some water on it (from snow melting off the car or after washing when I pull the car inside to dry it). I also park my motorcycle in the garage and would rather not get a rude surprise when I pull it in. Has anyone used the stuff on their garage floor and do you like it?

There are a couple coating systems that have non-skid additives, Color Chips is one of them.

I plan on doing the same thing this spring! From my understanding and research, those colored chips are actually there to provide grip, so I think it'll be fine as long as you add those chips.

For some inspiration, check out http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=7. It's a GREAT place to get ideas on home garage makeover projects.

you will like it not slippery at all. we have a pool and we got it so that we wouldnt slip when going into the garage wet.
