nissan class action settlement has anyone else recieved this notice!!
Today in the mail i recieved a proposed class action settlement against nissan. This is for owners of 03-04 nissan 350z. The settlement states it resolves a lawsuit about whether the nissan 350z has perfomance problems involving premature tire wear and excessive tire noise.
It also states their is a possiblity of recieving money and or new tires. Just wondering if anyone else has recieved this notice in the mail.
