In NC, you are allowed to have 30 days to return the car if you dont' like it.

I have seen multiple ones. I asked someone I knew at dealership and they were seeing a fair amount of them a while back.

You should have listened to your uncle and saved your money and bought you a brand new one.

Thumbs down

What's the warranty period on a used car at Joisy??? Down here it's 90 days!---ludicrous, I know. Did you check oil level/last oil change, etc.? Sounds out-
rageous!

Contact a lawyer about if there is a three day rescission law and take it back. Why go through the trouble?

I just reviewed the thread, and I don't see any indication that he has even talked to the dealership about the problem yet.

Don't you think that might be a better place to start than calling an attorney?

Third gear grinding is common in the 03's isn't it? Either way, I would definitely pull up to his dealership with it on a tow truck! Let the possible victims on the lot see that. I thought there was a mandatory 3 day lemon law or something though.

Nah, I think it blew the engine because the 350z is a piece of ****, poorly made using cheap materials, you can pick them up here in Fl for around 13000, anyone who bought a new one I feel sorry for, I wouldn't want to lose that much money in just a couple of years. I would get your money back and buy a real car that holds it value, like a lexus, BMW or a porsche

Because I love f*cking with you guys, I had a 350z and think it was the biggest POS I ever owned. And now the more I see them on the road, the more I see it's a chick car, that's all I see driving them, the 350z is just like the Mitia a real chick car, especially the roadster, so don't forget to put on your panties before you get in it. LMFAO

clearly you dont know much about cars. youre going to get flamed especially on a 350z forum. ur own personal anecdote of one happening isnt going to proove true for all 350zs.

oh btw you might wanna get your flame suit on.

I'm not going to call you an idiot because I have a 350z, or the fact that I love my 350z.

I'm going to call you an idiot because you are clearly just someone who isn't very educated when it comes to seeing a car that has tremendous peformance/price ratio.

If you blew the engine, that's on you. I'm willing to bet you are quite an immature driver, if you are open to making such immature comments.

Just because you blew the engine in a car that is more than you can handle is no reason to get pissy.
