Default Need some advice.

Hello guys. Last month I was involved in a small accident and some suspension pcs were broken and replaced by an Infinity shop.

I replaced rear tires with 255/45 for the rear 17 inch stock wheels and in the front I'm running 235/45. I was running 235 all around before the 360 I did.

I don't know if it's me but the car doesn't steer the same. Before the crash steering was very tight and "instantenous". Now steering feels like is softer and sort of has a lag. All defective pcs were replaced. I had a broken control arm on my right side.

I'm also going crazy with a whinning noise that seems to be coming from the right front wheel. Where the control arm broke. It is not when I stop but when I go below 40mph. I took it back to the shop manager and he says that 4 people drove the car and had a technician check on it and says that my brake pads need to be replaced. If the car didnt make any noise before why should it make it now? What do you guys suggest I do? I would like to change the pads myself but I don't know if I need rotors or if its something else and the shop manager is just messing with me.

What do you guys think about my steering feel? Is it the tires? Is it the way they set it up or what?

Thanks,

I'm not sure about the noise. But I know what you mean about the lag and it being softer, that's because now you have more grip =)

I would take it to an alignment shop (independant from the dealer).
