Yeah I remember those JCI inspections... I had an old 4 door corolla and I didn't care if I left it behind. I echo what other people say on here just leave the car and by one there. It's fun driving on the right side anyway once you get used to left turns. But hey it's what ever you want...

I would like to learn more on why you think it would not pass. I've seen GMC envoy's, Escalades, USDM S2000, Trailblazer here at yokota. They are all Left hand drive. And with the Z still being new as it is...the JCI is every 3 years. Did my research already. Anything else you would like to throw in there???

Make sure your exhaust isn't to loud, your headlight will need adjusting (no big deal). Make sure you not near the ocean for a long time or your car will rust (i.e okinawa). Good luck!

Well....my car is paid off. I dont really feel like going through the hassle of selling my car then getting another one. I already do have a car here in Japan. Its the 1992 Toyota Aristo Twin Turbo 2JZ-GTE. Not exactly fun to drive though. It is fast though.

I havent really paid any attention to the prices of gas off base. I know the gas on base is $3.21. There is only one grade here. Its 93 OCT. But the 93 Octane is a lie. Its more like 86 octane. Ill get back with you on the prices of gas here. Im about to head to base anyways.
