i know what you mean, i drive 45 miles to and back from work and the bugs around this time of year are horrid! It sucks because if you don't wash that shiet asap it will eat your paint. I just got a new front bumper and everyday i have to wash the front bumper just to get the bugs off.

Even when i get to work i inspect the car, if there is a lot of bugs on it i wait till it gets late at night at the hospital i work at and go to the parking lot with a few bottles water, quick detail spray and microfiber towels cleaning my front bumper . Sometimes there a few nurses that go on smoke break and catch me in the parking lot, and look at me like i'm crazy..haha!

I wax pretty often to keep a nice protective coat so that the bugs dont stick. And honestly ever since i've used Zaino i notice there are a lot less bugs on the bumper, maybe because it's super slick..LOL!

I had that problem with the jeep, but i've never had that problem with the Z, either they dont stick or they just fly up with the rest of the air going past the windsheild

Hawaii has the trade winds that blow right through the islands, that why you have almost no bugs, and more importantly, no mosquitoes.

Haha, I was going about 109 on a private road and at that speed, bugs no longer go over the windshield. They explode in a gooey mass right where the windshield meets the roof.

The one good thing about bugs is at least they don't make the whole car filthy like snow or rain. But they do suck.

Yep,

I've washed my car 4 times in the past 5 days b/c of all the frickin bugs....grrrr

You want your car looking good for a cruise or whatever...but know that if you clean it before you go out, you're gonna have to do it over again when you get there...

Shoot, you should see how I treat my '69 Stang...lol

It's ten times worse and ten times harder to keep clean.

I did a.....very quick run yesterday...it read something like 1...3....2...or something like that (I'm not admitting I was speeding ) but nailed a bug...splattered all over my windshield.

Bugs aren't nearly as bad as the pollen. I washed my car last weekend and at the end of Monday, it was already covered in green.
