I own it and I like it.
I have had many people stop and ask me about the color and tell me how interesting it looks. No one has ever called it 'fem' or called me an attention grubbing ho.
To the guys bagging on the IF color - you know this same bad logic can be used for the silverstone or white owners...did you get the silver color so you could blend in with all the other 10 million silver color cars? I just looked in our parking lot.....40% Silver, 40% White, 15% black....etc....and one Interlagos Fire. Go IF!
Me...I dig all the colors.

This thread reminds me of an old war movie when two GI's were sharing a foxhole in Korea and he was stating his father is going to give him his Cadilac when he gets home, his buddy grimaces when he tells him the color, the soldier replied with "Hey...it's a Cadilac..."
Color, schmular, it's a Z....

To me there are three categories of colors for Z's.
1. Good looking and subtle
2. Good looking and attention getting
3. Attention getting and ugly
1: Black, white, all of the silvers, San Marino Blue.
2: Interlagos fire, Red, the brighter blues, Le mans Sunset
3: Yellow and that new orange on the 07+ cars
I'd only buy category one but can respect category 2. Any car in category 3 i feel slightly sorry for (it is however, still a Z) Brickyard goes back and forth for me between 2 and 3

Don't take this personally.
IMO...The color of your car tells your personality.
Black, white, silver, etc..= drab, boring, plain, scared to step outside the box, playing it safe. These colors are the most common at stealerships so these are a dime a dozen on the streets.
Red, blue, orange, yellow, purple, etc.. = knows what he/she wants. Usually leaders, not followers. Don't care what others think. Bold. Less of these at stealerships so not as common on the roads. Not scared to step outside the box & be different.
You all calling the bold colored Z's attention ****** are just jealous because they get more attention. Why do you drive a Z? Because it looks good performs well AND gets "attention" because of its appearance! If you don't care about your care getting attention, get an econo box with a good powerplant such as an STI or an Evo.

But to the OP I hate the Purple Z's.
DB,redline, black, SMB are the only colors I'd own of a Z.
Silver is boring and beongs on Airplanes, white is boring and belongs on suburbans and work trucks. Yellow/orange are just aweful and belong only on Skittles.

+1
I like the Z in all colors - but IF gives the look of several different colors depending upon the light conditions - very cool. I constantly get comments as to how good it looks.
Go IF!
