Neither of them has shown us anything to really choose a side. By default we side with the innocent buyer, but he's acting a bit more immature than the seller. We need some evidence from one of them though.

It's pretty obvious both the buyer and seller have no clue on how to go about this.
Seller needs to show proof he paid back the buyer.
Buyer needs to come up with bit more proof and details.

To answer your question I dont have the transaction for the refund. JUst by feedbacks and paypal despute. We went through this before and it was removed. Thats all I have and verbal.
