Track VS others?
I've been trying to find a magazine with a comparison between track model and other models(performance) but couldn't... all I could find was 350Z vs other cars(S2000, Boxter...etc).
As a future Track model owner(04' DB), I'm really curious about how the track performs compared to other models (stock), anyone has any idea? such as 1/4 mile, 0-60, slalom...etc?
Thanx

acceleration it doesnt have too much going for it, lighter rims are about it, but overall weight it loses to the enthusiast, which has the 17s so even then it still only has about 4-5lbs lighter per rim. so all in all, but even so, I think they are all very close, same tires on them all. so theres little difference in anything, even braking, a single stop is all the same, as brembo or not you can lock up the tires; but after 10 stops it was shown to have a 3foot advantage from 60-0 and a 5foot advantage from 100-0.
its better, but dont expect a huge difference. at this point, with 3000$ invested into tires and rims, I dont think itd be hard to make a case that altho I have the heaviest model for sure, my car could out perform any stock version in any test except for repeated braking. but in a one time stop, I bet I could stop shorter than a track model.
