I'm surprised so many current owners disliked it so much. Usually when I see a car I stick with my first judgment.

 

My first ride in a Z was Christmas Eve 1973. My friend was 23, had just come back from Nam, going to college and got his 240Z. I was 18. This was the ride that stuck with me. The 240 was pure sex in its day. The 350 is pure sex on roids.

The 1st time I saw it, I thought it was a cheaper SC430.

I honestly didn't like it all. Specifically, I thought the rear end was too bulky.

I did think the G35 coupe was very good-looking when I first saw it. Much better than the Z was my thinking back then. Don't think the G35 coupe has aged very well though.

A lot of cars nowadays really have to grow on me.

 

I wasnt a huge fan in early 01 when spy pictures came out. Now, when I first saw one parked in my buddies garage which was a very early 02 pre-order car, my jaw dropped. I loved every thing about it. I even thought the interior looked so bad ***, which alot of people dog on. His was an 03 Lemans Sunset Track edition. I was in awe. Later on when he took me for my first spin, people were stopping and staring, it was awesome. Keep in mind we live in a smaller town with about 40k people and this was a pre-order car, first one in our state I think, he picked it up in Arizona. I vowed that day I would own one of these cars. I moved to thailand for a 2 year Hietus so during those 2 years thats all I was thinking about was getting my Z. Finally got one in 2005. 2003 Silver Track edition with only 13k miles. Loved it!

 

It looked like a supermodel on the catwalk. Too sexy!

CarbonZ - Who is that big leg baby girl in your photo? Talk about baby face, if she was my daughter or "if I was 30 years younger" girl friend I'd get a shotgun to protect her, damn she needs to be in Hollywood.

Well we haven't really seen the final 370 yet so its a little different. Sometimes when I see pictures of a car I don't like it but when I see it in person I change my mind.

 

The first thing I thought was "I need a set of keys.... NOW!

I went to my local Nissan dealer cuz I knew the owner through his son. I talked to him about the Z for a bit and asked if I could drive one. He laughed at me. A lot! Lol! So I sat there for a minute and thought of a way to get the keys to the new Z beside me. I debated for a mina dn started talking to him again. I told him that the S2000 were WAY better and that the Z could never compare. I pissed him off so bad that he gave me the keys and said have at it and then tell him what I thought! Ever since that drive I have wanted one and I was lucky enough to buy one this past Feb.!

 

First time I saw it, I was like, meh. It's a cool car, but not my flavor, but now its different.

 

When I saw it I liked the front headlights, and doorhandels. But I thought the a$$ was ugly.

 

My first thought....prtttty but I wish it had a v-8

I saw one right before I got into High School at the International Auto Show in Seattle. I knew it'll have one! I never knew I would own TWO in my life time...both 03 lol one AUTO one 6spd woot!

 

why first thought was wow that is ****ing bad *** lol ...

 

I liked it but I thought it looked to porsche first time I saw it. When I got to drive one I was hooked.
