My Z was delivered on 9/30/02 - the manufacture date inside the door says 10/02 ??

WTF?

I thougt that date reflected when the car was actually manufactured? Is this date when it is expected to be sold? Or something else?

 

Did you buy used or did it take you a year to see this?

Are you sure you didn't mis-read the years?

 

I just noticed it... yeah I bought it new.

I don't really care about it, I was just wondering the reason?

 

I took delivery on 9/22/02 and my build date is 7/02

What is your VIN? Mine is 1596.
