When your fully stopped and you ingage first gear and rev the engine a bit to find the "g spot" with the cluth, how high up do you rev? I rev to about 2k, is this too much?

Thanks!

2000s fine, I ussually hit 1000-1500, but 2000s not out of the ordinary, if Im wanting to get going, Ill do 2000. maybe 2500. took me 3 months before I could start at 1500.

When I'm just being a civil participant in traffic, I start around 1000-1250, or as low as possible.

When I want to get going I rev to 2000+ rather quickly.

driving is bad for the clutch... some things are worse. Its no secret that starting at 2000rpms is worse than 1000, but your not gonna need a new clutch in 5000 miles or anything, its not THAT bad.
