Ok, so, I have been out of town all week, and I dropped my Z off at the dealership to get some warranty work done.
simple stuff.
Mismatched tires in the rear THAT THEY INSTALLED (one is a run flat and one is not, different tread patterns)
Console door doesnt work properly to cover nav
parking brake refuses to work
throw out bearing noise
car does not fill with gas all the way
thunk from front right suspension upon reverse
FR tire has a huge chunk out of it (its cool because i bought the road side warranty with the tire protection)
driver side window regulator is going.. (wont stay up when using the express up function)
and a doll up they owe me from when i bought the car.

simple to get most of this accomplished right?

heres the answer i got
the tires arent different, they have the same charachteristics, just a different tread pattern... (WHAT?!)
didnt mention the nav door (im sure it hasnt been fixed)
parking brake was out of spec... (im sure its not fixed, cause they were supposed to fix it when i bought the car)
Throw out bearing noise is.. get this... a counter ballance shaft noise.. and is completely normal (is this guy kidding me? i thought only 4 cyl had ballance shafts.. normal?!)
The car doesnt fill with gas all the way apparently because I filled it alllll the way one time, and there is a check valve in there, and if gas gets in it, it will take a while to come out of it.. (wont be fixed)
Tire in the front? at least i can get a win here right? wrong...
apparently when i paid another 1500 for a warranty, oh and then tacked another year onto it.. they took the tire protection off, after i agreed to have it in place.. so now im going to be out x dollars because they failed to tell me the nissan warranty didnt include the tire protection.. great.

oh, but the good news is.. my window reg works just fine now..

I will bet 10-1 the car isnt dolled... and this douche of a GM has some more bull **** excuses.. ill be going to jail later im sure.
oh.. one more thing.. the clunk in reverse.. its normal.. just normal, its my bump stops popping apparently..
normal.. right.. these guys are the laziest mother ****ers i have ever seen..

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having.

If you still don't receive good service you should contact your Nissan NA rep.

 

Just go to a different dealer until you find one you're satisfied with.

update. for anyone that cares...

go the car back, not dolled.. washed and tires/wheels cleaned interior vacuumed.. no wash or seat detail, as well as the dash still dusty..
center console not fixed...
thunk still there upon reverse and turning..

parking brake not fixed..
window regulator WAS fixed.. whoopie doo..

after some bitching and complaining heres what theyre going to do:

theyre going to check on my warranty to see if they can upgrade me so it includes the tire stuff.. i gave the F&I manager a nice earful basically dude you didnt do your job, i would have bought that..

they are going to R&R my fender (there is a dent in it, im a dope) free... in exchange for the brembo blanks they promised me..

and hopefully they are going to doll the car good this time..

they are going to check on whoever ordered the wrong tire as well..

so all in all, im not in jail, and if everything gets taken care of, ill be a happy camper... but who knows..

well, glad you aren't in jail , hopefully all this bs gets straightened out. My jaw dropped when I first read this , update when it gets taken care of (or doesn't )

get a lawyer sue them these are not a only a hazard for you its for everybody else. that might be around the car in or out.
