everytime i see them on the road or at local shows they always act like the civic/crx/rsx(acura)/s2000 is better than my z lol. ive never lost to a honda in a race and i know the z is a better loking car so why do these guys act like theyre cars are so great? anyone else notice this?

 

I've noticed quite the opposite. The most arrogant are the V8 guys.

 

what i fail to understand is why people get so upset and worry so much what others think about their car. who cares, it is a frickin car, get over it.

I have RSX's revving on me ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! I don't even give them a second glance. Hell, I have an annoying *** neighbor with a riced/ebay'd-out xB that's always revving on me. I've even had Hybrids rev on me, mang.
Sure its absurd and a little bit ridiculous, but they do it. Be the grown up and don't feed that crap. Besides, if you should lose to a 4-banger Honda...you'll make us all look like schmucks.

all my buddies with honda's love my car, actually they all say my car is like an s2000 on steroids lol! this coming from my friend that has a 2007 s2000, they seem to hate on German cars or v8's more then anything...then again my friend with a 72 camaro seems to love the performance of the hr...

I feel ya, every red light some p.o.s is revving, and when the light turns green, i let them take off and look stupid, although i do have an extended warranty to 111k, im not in a hurry to have to put it to use because of the pile of junk next to me wants to stroke his ego by saying he raced a "Z"

 

Well considering that your statement was almost exactly what you happen to be talking about I see why you feel that way.

Funny in my area a Honda Civic with a K20 swap runs low 12's which is faster than your car and most on this forum (save for a few turbo cars), and there are plenty of those swapped civics out there. A few of my friends with Honda's run into the 11's and one buddy with a turbo GSR run 10.6 on his street car with a 24.5" slick. My talon made 424whp and ran 11.6 @ 119mph and there were three hondas in my group of friends who could regularly blow my doors off. I'm pretty sure my 11.6 would own most cars on the street, well except 3 hondas i know of. I see you previously owned a DSM so you should know what a built motor, magnus tranny and 60-1 can do to a talon?

Swing up to my neighborhood and I'll make sure you loose to as many hondas as you would like.

A few weeks ago some redneck in a vette opened his **** up on me and tried to race in a 45 mile an hour zone.He had his car well over a 100 miles per hour.It was in broad daylight on a sunday afternoon.I was prayin he'd get pulled over.I didnt even attempt to race I never do.
