Default new z buyer

Hey I am fixing to buy me a 350z. I currently own a 300zx and it's time to upgrade and get a newer car. But my question is what is the difference in the different trims that the Z has and I have read about different motors in them, is this by the year or did the different trims have the different motor.

All trims have the same motor. The motor has changed throughout the years from the non rev up to the rev up to the hr. You can read the difference between trims on nissan.com.

By the way, be careful what you post on here. You will get flamed for starting threads like this when a search could have yielded several answers to your question.

Quick summary:

Year - 2007+ has an improved engine. If you can't afford, 2005 had the least amount of problems.

Trim - If primarily concerned about performance, Enthusiast is the best bang/buck trim.
