Trade-in my 04 Z for the 370z? Sure, I will. Probably in a few years though. I don't understand the people that don't want the 370z because they think its ugly, and they modified their DE/HR's exterior with JDM headlights/taillights and bodykits, and that crap, completely changing the older Z's look. Its absolutely mind-boggling seeing how people could think so ridiculous on these boards. With just a few minor modifications, you could change the way the headlights look with the 370z. Its body is practically the same, but just smaller/more compact with a few minor touches. Power/weight ratio is way too much to pass up.

I've seen alot of people say they dont want one simply because of the headlights. But seeing as how so many people have a problem wih them, hopefully we'll see some cool aftermarket body mods for the 370. I would hate to see such a good performance car be passed up simply because of that feature. I myself do have problems with the appearance, and hopefully the performance will make up for it, but by the time the 370z comes out and Im able to trade my current car in, I will have enough money for a GT-R.

Naw.

The 370z will surely outperform my 350z, but this version (Z33) is special because it was the first "re-emergence" since they stopped with the Z32, and to me, that makes it a milestone car. I ain't getting rid of it.

All of the debate about "looks" is pointless as there are no official pictures out yet. I refuse to believe that the 370z upon final release will look any less mean than the current Z33. I do believe, however that the headlights will resemble what we've seen, similar to what the 09 maxima has.

Everyone hated the 07 hood...

I want to see what the GTR looks like is a couple of years. I think I'm going that route. Vette is out.... Wife can't look over the steering wheel and she likes to drive.

I think a GTR is in my future.

I am doubtful. Id rather FI my Z for the extra money and have 400whp and a better looking car.
That is exactly what I am thinking about doing. I love the 350 and from what I have seen of the 370 it's looks just don't stack up. Plus a boosted 350 would be way more fun and unique anyways.

I've thought about trading in my 05 for a 370z...then thought about going FI, but decided to get a Sti or Evo for practical reasons.

I'm very anxious to see if they will stick to the rumored performance numbers and looks. If all goes well, i'll be purchasing one.

when you stand 6 feet 2 inches a smaller car is a no go for me i like the room and comfort of my 07 z! plus i would agree the 370 looks ugly! i would rather build a cosworth block with heads and tt my car the curren z looks way better!

Damned ugly car. Why do you want to trade for a 370Z?

I like the new headlights they are more aggressive, and I wouldn't mind an updated cabin and lighter weight. Too many cars out there are stealing the Z's territory. I just had a 'friendly' acceleration with my Z and my friends Saturn Redline turbo, that thing's pretty fast off the line I couldn't keep up but was gaining, still I love the Z and the new one is appealing for me as well as the old.

If I didn't have a 350Z I may buy 370,its not worth trading a already PHAT car in for small diiferance.
