Default dRIVER SEAT bELT ALWAYS TOO TIGHT AND UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN DRIVING??ANYONE ELSE??

I'M NOT A HUGE PERSON AT ALL.....6FT TALL ABOUT 180 LBS, BUT OUT OF ALL THE CARS I'VE OWNED(OVER 10) THE SEAT BELT ON THE z IS ALWAYS VERY TIGHT AROUND MY STOMACH AND THERE IS NO ADUSTMENT FOR SHOULDER HEIGHT...ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS UNCOMFORTABLE SEAT BELT ISSUE OR IS IT A POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH IT BEING THAT TIGHT?? THE BIGGEST THING IS HOW TIGHT IT FEELS AROUND MY MIDSECTION!!! THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

the issue is not the tightness..its the fact that they dont offer a moving seatbelt ..to adjust to the height of the driver...in this case it helps if your tall..if you arnt its right across your neck

Default I have a different problem...

My belt isn't too tight. But...

..when I brake really hard, my butt slides forward. I 'm sure no more than an inch, but it feels like I could slide UNDER the lap belt, butt first.

Anyone else felt that sensation?

If the seat beat is around your stomach its WRONG!

the belt should be on your hip. If you ever get into an accident and with enough force you can cut your intestines up with the belt and cause internal bleeding. on the hip, even with enough force it won't cut into anything but your bones.

I'm 5ft11" the belt also cuts into my neck after many adjustments.I guess I'll have to get one of those ugly lambs wool pads!
Just my two cents on cap locks;when you get over fifty those numbers and letters sure do look small, thats one reason I love the digital speedometer. Who cares whether any one uses caps or not we are not in school and being graded;this is a Z forum for helpful info not to criticise.
