Default My Z is gone.

Ladies & Gents,

After 4 years of owning my beloved 04 350z, I finally had to let her go due to my family situation (my little boy is comming out this november).

She's still in good hand now. My friend (new owner) promised to take good care of her which is the main reason I decided to let him have it.
Well, it's been fun. Z performance is amazing. I will miss it.

Update pictures of a new ride.
2008 Honda Odyssey Ex w/ 244 hp. Oh yeah it also has V-teccccccccc
Van is so huge I could not take the picture of the whole van.
Time to mod it.

Seems to be a natural cycle on here.

guy gets Z car
guy enjoys Z car
guy gets play because of car
guy meets girl
girl likes car
girl gives it up
girl has kid
kid says feed me
car says feed me
one has to go, most of the time it's the car...a very sad story

A true Z lover would tell the baby "survival of the fittest ****! Better start hunting for food!" then drive off into the sunset!

Your selling your Z because you son is coming out in Nov? What does sexual preference have to do with your car?

Just kidding..

Nice ride, glad its going to good home..
Congrats on your soon to be arriving baby boy

That's what DADs do for their families. My kids are 16 and 21 now...when my first was born I got rid of my 64 convertible corvette. I always new that I would get another sports car though. After going through the honda accords, toyota 4-runners, Acura TLs, and the Mercedes E series, and countless others, i finally got back to a sports car. An 05 350z...and it was worth the wait and the sacrifice...because that's how DADs roll

Enjoy your new baby...they grow VERY fast. Pick them up every chance that you get because soon you won't be able to pick them up. Teach them everything you know...especially about the cars .

Congrats on the new addition!

I anticipated this very scenario...

guy gets Z car
guy enjoys Z car
guy gets play because of car
guy meets girl
girl likes car
girl gives it up <-- I'm right here.. We are married as well.
[insert] girl and guy have kick *** jobs, buy girl A4 Quattro with 4 doors
girl has kid
kid says feed me
car says feed me <-- I feed em both.. Sweet. Never make it to that last line.
one has to go, most of the time it's the car...a very sad story

Hopefully my plan holds up. If not I'll me making a post like this eventually.

Actually no they can't ones the 350z gets discontinued and the 370z comes out - technically 350z won't be replaceable.

Kids on the other hand...

j/k
Congrats on the boy, when he grows up show him how much you loved him
"son I had a 350z that I had to sell when you came up" your son will bow down to you after he finds out that beautiful Z had to go.

Dang. I told my husband he's going to have to wait for a kid because I'm buying a Z. Actually, I'm buying the Z while I finish my degree and the kid comes after that. But I did tell him that he'll have to wait.

Xebotwinturbo, congratulations on becoming a dad. Well, soon to be dad. Now you have pics that you can show your boy, "see son, your dad used to have cool cars. Maybe someday you and I can rebuild a car together." Father son car bonding FTW. Congrats again.

No matter which way you view it, there's a benefit to both. No kids = toys anytime I want...Kids = family, something you can't replace...you can always get another Z used or a new one after the ugly 2009 model phase.

Congrats...enjoy the memories and start planning your next build. Look forward to saving for it, when you get it you'll enjoy it that much more.
