Bad News
Woke up this morning to find my navigation and cd player jacked from my car!! Totally pissed off, luckily they didn't break any windows. Reported it already but good luck finding anything in Houston.

I'm the negative note: sucks to hear about your car.

Sucks for your loss OP. That's just another reason I wouldn't move into Houston without having a garage and an awesome home security system.
oi.. sorry man. I feel your pain. This happened to my MR2 once on new years eve. Same situation. I get to my car, no windows broken. Open the door... dash is ripped apart. CD player and boost controller missing
oh.. and my friends wallet that he decided to leave in there. They were nice enough to leave the wallet, but took his CC's and social sec. card. etc.
I can still remember how pissed I was. They probably slim jimmed your car or something.
As people have mentioned - probably just a good excuse to buy some aftermarket stuff if you can afford it..

Sophisticated thieves use a flat piece of sheet metal which they insert between the glass & the window sill, moving the door lock to the open posi-
tion. It doesn't attract too much attention, & doesn't do any "harm" to the
paintjob; no glass busting, either. It just facilitates their "job"! I believe in making it as difficult as possible for the envoius slobs (i.e. security gear, etc.), which would include a removable "fascia"--if I may use that word--on the
radio/CD player. MAKE IT HARD FOR THEM, dudes!!!

They punch locked the driver's side door. I didn't even know until the sheriff showed me cause it was totally ridiculous. I'm going to get an upgrade right now ha ha. On a better note when I pulled up my apartment complex office the lease agent said nice porsche then realized it was a nissan. Still sucks though
