156 in a Z. However it was not my Z.

My top was 161, and it was in 5th gear. She was steddy an true the whole way

 

150 in a Z is a bit hairy because it takes forever to get there. Not as bad though in a HR.

 

155 in the z... almost crapped my droors. 175 in my uncle's S4, slightly modded, and that was fun

I would like to think ive done 200mph since i pegged an 06 busa but in the Z i have been 156 which is as gast as itll go. Funny thing though back in the day my buddy had a SVT Contour with some mods and we had that thing 160!! Pretty fun. I love speed way to much though.

 

145 in the -Z-.

My -Z- had the Verticle Doors kit then, and they DID leak air bad at that speed.

 

175 +- a couple on the 04 ZX10r with power commander and D&D slip on...(not staring down at the speedo at that speed)! lol

 

141 mph on the 5 north in a Toyota Celica. Yes a Celica. And when I was slowing down a cop pulled me over going 114 mph. Moral of the story. Don't get caught because 4 years later and it shows up on my background check and will be there for another 3 years, sucks.

 

You should of told the cop, "Imposssible, my celica tops out at 90!, Your gaydar didn't work this time!" - I'm sure after that point, he would of understood, and just gave you a warning

 

The ol' SVT Contour. I sold mine about a year ago. That car pulled pretty well up top for what it was.

 

146 a month after I got it. Had I/E at the time. Did it once and haven't gone anywhere close to that since then.

 

At first he (the cop) thought it was some kind of supercar, lol. After he opened the hood and saw the huge turbo he said "no wonder this peice of crap can go so fast", lol. It wasn't my car, so the car didn't get impounded.

 

Yes, even my story with me "racing" a TL Type S was really just us on the highway at 3am, with no one else around. The key is to not put others in danger.

2005 GSXR 1K. PCIII USB, K&N airfilter, Micron CF highmount slip-on, NGK Iridiums & dyno tuned. I won't even try in my Z because it won' even come close to the rush I get on the bike.
