When you do 100 in a Z, it feels like you're doing 50. It's not the same.

 

The readout is limited to 186 but it can go beyond that. Just install a TRE to remove limiter & a GPS to get accurate speeds.

 

Yup, and when the limiter is removed the busa still willnot do 200 like the person said. First its geared to hit about 192, and second it needs about 70 more HP to hit that mark.

 

According to the digital needle, 170 on my ZX-9R
According to the calculations we did, about 140 in my mustang
According to the needle, about 135 in my eclipse GS-T
And according to the digital speedo, 172 in my Z

The ZX-9R still had plenty left when i let out, and it felt like the Z and the GS-T also had some left. The poor mustang was ***** to the wall though...

None of them were real scary, but the GS-T was real loud cuz it's a convertable, and the ZX-9R was just pretty much insane, but amazing

Thats impressive and all that, but I am gona shoot down your lightning but I went mach 2 in a mig-21 training (two seater to train younger pilots)
thats 1500MPH


mig-21 is owned by a collector, the pilot took of and landed while I sat in the trainee's seat and maneuvered around in the air. only bad thing about that mig-21 was it was still being restored so some of the intrusments were out of order, pilot had to do a vfr landing. Took of at an airpark, guy keeps his c172 and his mig21 in his hangar

 

110 in the Z so far. Im not much of a top speed guy. Its the acceleration quickness that does it for me.

 

143 at like 3 in the morning going on the 605 n would have kept going but flew by a parked cop, lights went on but never saw him hahahahaha

Yes i puked, and blacked out during that flight 8.5 G's suck.

Basic 2006 350z with magnaflow exhaust and thats it, I was driving home on the interstate one time and floored it the whole way and reached 160 which is the max but technically my z is limited at 145 how come this could happen?

 

152 mph on i-75 miami fl racing a s2000 right when i almost ript its paint off with my z

 

147 MPH on 07 Suzuki GSX R.
155 MPH in the 98 Formula. It may have been faster. The speedo way pegged and I still had 1700 RPM before redline.
Not certain in the 01 WS6.
144 in the Z but it seemed like it took for ever compared to the above, to reach that speed. Need twins.

 

red lined every car and bike I've ever owned. turbo'd busa count? if so 200mph

 

172 in the GTO (around 5K rpms) and 140 in the Z...both were smooth as glass!
