It's not the paint, it's the fact you shaved it off like chin hair!

add me to the mother fu#$ing list. #$#$@%#$^@%^&#$&^$%^@$^, ah so pissed right now. earlier went to the bank pulled up in the spot, kkkkkhhhhhhh. . ah i just sat there didn't even wanna see it. my car has a veilside fron lip on it and is lowered so it is low!!. . took it straight on basically, so the front of the lip is scratched up a little, not cracked or anything like that, but i do want to fix it, any diy's on here or anyone got some advice that will be helpful in hiding it without totally getting it resprayed. i might just try to find some touch up but i have chrome silver and prolly be little hard to find exact match.

I scrapped the underside of my front bumper from one of the parking blocks.
You can only see it if you look under the from bumper. I am looking at some sort of carbon fiber lip so the next time this occurs the damage will not be on the bumper.

You can repair the stock urethane bumper. Carbon fiber will get cracked and not repaired.

OP, don't worry about your bumper. Save a little dough and pick up a replica bumper, you'll be fine.

Since I've lowered my Z on Eibachs I've been trying not to scrape everywhere, but sometimes its just inevitable.

Regardless, I try to aviod the following:

-Pep Boys parking lots (everyone I have ever seen has the worst entrance exit)
-Speed Bumps
-Fast Food drive thru's (no more driving through them anymore)
-Gas islands
