Default Ran over curb!!!

So I'm leaving work today and as I pull forward out of my space I hear the dreaded scraping sound. I had pulled right into the curb.

The damage wasn't as bad as it sounded, the black lip at the bottom of the bumper and the bottom of the bumper itself have some scuffs and scratches. It's still frustrating though.

Sorry for the rant guys, but I had to vent, I've managed to keep my car pretty much perfect for awhile and then this happens. I was already having a bad day at the time, so this was the last thing I needed.

That's nothing man... lol... I went straight over one at 30 MPH. I'd love a little bumper damage instead of $2000 worth of suspension repairs.

Just be happy it wasn't worse and that you and no one got hurt. Sh*t happens... all you can do is move on and learn from it.

GL man...

Or you could also use a small explosive (c4 ) to fix the issue

Just make sure your car is not around when you decide to detonate.

And right before you do decide to do this, yell "ala ala ala ala"

Yeah, it's a stock bumper and I know the damage is relatively minor, but it still bugs the hell out of me.

Does anyone know if you can replace the black lip at the bottom of the bumper, or is it actually molded to the bumper?

I can relate. I let my Mom borrow my car to go to a big yard sale while my step dad and I used their truck to take some stuff to the dump. The whole time I was thinking the worst...trying not too, but I was. I get back and my mom said "see, I didnt even wreck your car" I said "good job" Then she went on saying that she got stuck trying to turn around in the street because she couldnt figure out how to put it into reverse. She said "The curb just kept getting closer and closer". I played it cool, when she left I checked my car...yea... I'm probably lucky she didnt completely go over the curb and through someones fence. The damage wasnt too noticable, but its there. Luckily, it was my mom, so there is enough love to immediatly forgive her for it. Although, it didnt make me happy.... Soooo, a body kit is in my future.

If she couldn't put it in reverse,

a. She could have called your cell
b. Left it alone
c. Realized the scraping sound WASN'T good

I would have figured that she would have called you BEFORE she had the issue. And you know how it is. So do I. (no offense again, ladies)
