It's not specific to the Z but it is the recomended schedule from Nissan, giving 2 options, a premium and option 2 schedules one at 3750 miles or 3 months and the other at 7500 miles.

according to my dealer first scheduled maintenace it at 100k that is amazing if its true.Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Not true. Even synthetic oil needs to be changed more frequently than 100K

If you look at the schedule link the 100K is for replacement of the plugs, you definetly have to do maintenence on the rest of the car before that.

Don't forget that your clutch hydraulic system should be bled every so often, as well as the ABS system. These are two things commonly not mentioned on the maintenance schedules...
