my old civic has been smashed up twice, fixed both times by other peoples insurance (i wasnt at fault), and neither were on the car fax when i checked it. + the milage wasnt marked as a "rollback" even though the gauge cluster died and i had to replace it. I dont buy into their ********

if you can just have the shop fix up all the main studff and use the rest of the insurance money to mod your car out

 

Probably going to just get it fixed and trade her in for an 08

It's scary to look at. Carfax reports within a month of the accident. You don't think it does but it shows up. Make sure you have the correct VIN.

 

carfax reports are garbage. well, i guess they are an aid but if someone is really trying to hide something, they will. does everyone remember that silly asian boy that crashed his Z twice, on top of rolling it mind you, and then tried to sell it on this forum with a clean carfax? as long as you do not go through insurance, most body shops will omit posting the service performed upon request.
