Shady and I'd ask for the owners number. Make sure you have the sheet. Ask why there was a need for him to drive back and fourth to his house with your car to make sure it worked. There is no need for that. Even putting it on a DYNO to make sure it worked wouldn't rack that much mileage.

Thats exactly what I did I talked to David Peacock.... have yet to show him this link but im going too.... sorry thing is Mr.Peacock... doesn't seem to care much about one of his employees taking my car out to lunch and back or whatever happened.... 10 miles would have been a pretty long test drive in my opinion when I saw 46... I was like WTF?

10 miles is pretty long, but if they put it on a dyno, normal. Why would they do something like that? Who knows. 46 miles?

Time to call a lawyer! That's basically stealing a vehicle. Ask him if he let's his employees take customer cars around while they're being fixed. No? Does he let employees drive his cars around? No? Then why t3h fawk would he let them take yours for a 46 mile drive? That's SILLLLY!

I beg to differ...thats actually one of the better nissan dealers in houston. i didn't buy my car from them but since i literally live 5 mins from there I take my car there occasionally for oil changes when I'm feeling lazy, and I've had body work done there and they did a superb job. And they support the local z club of houston by holding car meets/shows there every year.

Yeah basically, DO NOT GO THERE guys, the only reason I did my deal there was because they overlooked the fact that my trade-in was wrecked previously. So I decided to jump on this opportunity. The salesperson I had, to this day, I can't stand to see his face. I wasted so much time. Well i have them a second chance, I went back to get my first oil change there and they were so horrible, everything about them is bad. They basically SUCK at LIFE.

Anyways bro, GO TO MOSSY on 10. They have been good to me at the service department. Hopefully they will be the same to you.

Oh and if anybody is about to go to jail. Do me a favor before going to fail, and go burn that worthless POS stealership Sterling Mc Call Nissan down!

Sadly, your car was driven most definitely. You gotta do something to let them know it isn't acceptable because in the future, someone else's car is going to get played. My cuz and a friend used to work for a dealership, they all tell me never leave a nice car overnight because more likely than not, it will get some joy time with the mechanics. One of my friend who was salesman of the month a few times while he was there was told by his GM, "Leave your morals at home." I hate to say it, but my Z is from Peacock. I think I have a semi-blown speaker, but I don't care too much since I don't want any Peacock service, or any Nissan service, never have and never will. Where is Marzin Zindler when we needed him?!?!?!? Good Luck on your fight bro!!!!

i doubt they were "joy riding" it. while I agree the mileage is a bit excessive, remember they see these cars often at dealerships. to them its more than likely just another z with stuff done to it. I could be wrong.
