Falken fk 452s - a lot cheaper.
A lot of tires a lot cheaper than 500 a piece... they better be offering you some high quality tires.

hahahaha, same **** happened to me! only it was at a canyon. Mine is '06 base too, lol. My front and rear got owned. It just so happened i was in the market in buying new rims anyway (after I got my suspension fixed, that is). Anyway, I only had about 8k miles on the car when it happened, and I still got my two right side wheels if u want them for a price, of course. I'm a marine, so i could always use some financial help
E-Mail me at Skittles4Me914@sbcglobal.net if wanna bargain.

went and talked to the mechanic today and got a print out of the cost breakdown. Stock rims are $1115 a piece in canada and the crappy bridgestone potenza's that came with the car are priced at $526. I think I'll end up going aftermarker with the rims... I figure I can get something decent for about $200-$300 a rim. The price on the tires is ridiculous... The quote I got is based on getting all the parts directly from the dealer so that's why the parts are so expensive. However, I don't have to go through the dealer for any parts if I don't want and the mechanic said he can try to find some used parts for me to save some cash. I took a quick look at the car when it was jacked up and the cross member and the shaft assembly are toast. The towing company managed to mangle my front bumper in around the passenger side.
If you pay 500+ for a bridgestone i will personally drive to Canada and shoot you myself. JK but seriously.
File insurance claim. With what over 4K in wheels and tires alone you can score some nice *** wheels.

Or....maybe you are slightly younger. In either case you may have 6 months where you will not be driving the car anyway, maybe you can manage some of the repairs on your own and factor in having no gas expense for that time.
Sorry man - that sux.
