I wonder if this thread were brought to the prosecutors attention if he would beat the charge??

yes i'm an idiot.... thanks for setting me straight. time to take a good look in the mirror i guess

btw.. explain "manning up" please. if i wasn't manning up then i wouldn't be taking responsibility for what happened right? i posted this story for everyones entertainment and comments not in a lame attempt to seek approval from a bunch of strangers.

unintelligent, negative comments like yours are entertaining to an extent but i mean... come on... calling me an IDIOT and a dumb ***... that really hurts man

Yup, everybody makes mistakes. Sounds like you are learning from them.

You destroyed a perfectly good Z. Don't buy another one.

first, why do you care what i buy?
second, i don't have to buy a new z. My car will be like new with about $5k of repairs, which insurance is probably going to pay for.

I skimmed through the 5 pages prior to this and saw so many people claiming to have done the same thing. I'm almost 23, been driving since I was 16 and have never even fathomed this?! How the hell do people pull this kind of driving off? Do you seriously just stop paying attention, literally just look away and keep your foot on the pedal?!

I'm not flaming. I know there are a lot of dumb people out there, along with legitimate accidents. But what the hell are you people doing sometimes?

You were driving like a d!ck and you think nothing it wrong with that? If your frame is bent, you can't fix the car. If you do, you're stupid and it'll be extremely unsafe to do so. And as for insurance paying for something. That doesn't usually apply to malicious damage by being Speed Racer.

How old are you again?

I think control goes out the window with inebriation. No sober person drives that badly, but correct me if I am wrong lol.

I think you're forgetting millhouse. He is saying he drives perfectly when he's not throwing Z's into guardrails.

I think you should lose your license and they should take your car away from you, you obviously arn't smart enough to own one. When I first started reading this I thought maybe you just lost control around a turn, it happens, I totaled mine by hitting some water around a corner on a sunny day.

But... There is absolutely no excuse for getting in your car when you are to drunk to maintain control. Any intelligent person knows when they've had to much or knows when they shouldn't be driving. Maybe instead of being billy badass and shotgunning that last beer with your buddies you should of ordered a Diet Coke.

I honestly believe you should be punished as much as the law will let you and as fked up as this sounds, I really do wish the worse for you in this case.

How could the curb be so harsh

I did that to my MR2 once... not fun. Sorry man.

Oh, and I'm curious. Did a cop show up at the 'scene of the accident?' The reason I ask is because when I spun my car out, the cop threatened me with a reckless driving ticket. I'm just curious if they did the same to you (if one even showed up to where you were)

We're saying we care if he was drinking.

It's because if douchebags that get hammered at the bar, are too retarded to ask for a ride and think they can drive, get in their car, drive home, accidentally run a stop sign and kill someone completely innocent. Or better yet, I'm on my way home from work quietly and some drunk retard runs straight the f*ck into me and I die. Is that fair?

So before you try to give us shlt for giving someone else shlt... think about it a little.
