Default My 1 year is Sept 6th. Wow what memories.

Here is my original post that day!

Um, do I get anything from the moderators for my 1 yr?

And god, do you guys remember the initial weeks? we had the cars before the dealers got the owners manuals. and we were so obsessed we used to wait online for spy photos of the docks to see if the Z came to shore!

20,300 miles now. Probably be up around 22,000 at my anniversary.

What a year it has been.

Got mine on 9/27/2003 From Long Beach Nissan. They called me at 6:00 pm and said they had a cancellation on the car I wanted. Got there at 8:00 and was driving home at 10:00pm.

I can't believe how few miles many of you have driven your new Z!
I drove mine off the lot October 29, 2002 and I haven't stopped since! Tonight I clicked over 33,629 miles. Driven to drive, yeah, that's me! Regards, Jim

Default Bumper to bumper...

DJ, Yup, another few weeks and I can say sayonara to the "famous" (infamous?) Nissan warranty.
Part of my original negotiations involved the 100k extended warranty. When I was finalizing the deal, they (Midway) tried to charge me twice ($750 x 2) for the warranty that was already included. I lost it and demanded my trade in keys back and headed for the door. Long story short, they bought the warranty for me to close the deal!
I knew I would be driving the wheels off it and so the extended was to be integral with the purchase, they got greedy and ended up buying the coverage for me. Regards, Jim
