Don't buy from Autozconcept.com
I ordered a Seibon VS carbon fiber front lip a month ago, I have a reciept and everything. They don't answer the phone return voicemails or emails. I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with them before.
never heard of/dealt with them but I mean, you ordered an aftermarket part for your Z and there is a delay/poor customer service regarding the purchase. Yeah, that sounds about right unfortunately.
Continue to pressure them. They will most likely eventually respond.
Edit: I just checked out their site. It's pretty all over the place. Any chance your heading to Cali soon? If not, I would continue to call. I don't think most places put e-mail as a top priority. If no response, dispute the charge with your CC company.

Been there. I didnt know I had the right to get charged back from any type of buyer protection. I e-mailed left voicemails..etc.. I threatened to report them to the BBB. They came back to me with "we will replace your body kit with this cool RPM gage" Or some garbage like that. Dont remember exactly, it was so long ago. I never got my money back or the body kit. I followed through to the BBB. They said (BBB)the complaint was filed but not pursued to the end because the place in question did not answer calls or call them back.

This happened to me at straight line specialty for about 4 months. I left a voice mail with a case number and all this information about a dispute with consumers affair and they called me back in less then 2 days.

Sorry it took so long for an update. We have contacted the credit card company and i faxed over all of my emails from them and the reciept to the credit card company yesterday so now i guess all i can do is wait?
i hope you get your money back tho..
I used Amex for an order that was never delivered. Amex contacted the company and could not get a response either. They quickly canceled the companies right to use Amex and refunded my money in 3days. this all took about 2 months. so dont worry, you'll get your money back.
