No its a handle so if the car breaks down its easier to push. You know like a shopping cart.

wish i coulda of got the pic of the front license plate..it was chrome with just a HUGE Z logo on it..

an probably fsafe 2, since that spoiler also functions as a rollbar when he flips over.

Actually, the purpose of that spoiler is to allow the mother ship to drop a hook & pull the Z up to the ship.
