I didn't read this entire thread but I can tell you:
1. you're an idiot for not being able to pass the test..when the answers are all in the book.
2. you need to learn how to prioritize your life.
3. you start a thread saying you drive without license and ...and you expect people to sympathize with you? please.....

OP. I tried to give my advice to you, really I felt bad for you. Now I just think you are outright stupid. Not only could you not pass the test, you say you will charge everything to your credit card that you cant pay for. That is the single dumbest thing i've ever heard. You are actually considered retarted in my book. Have a good life paying back all those debts. And lets see if your "very hot" girlfriend actually does care about what car you drive when you have to sell your Z and buy a Civic. If your lucky you can get a Civic Si.

this must be the fastest growing thread of all time.. i felt bad for this guy.. since my job is taking away hours from me.. but reading how you respond to some ppl makes me think your not really mature/responsible.. not mature enough to get a license.. not responsible enough to get insurance.. etc
remember cars come and go in life.. but in life you need your credit/cash.. unless you plan on living with your parents for your whole life.. get rid of the damn 350z.. its not so great when you can't even afford gas/insurance/+bills

You live in Cali, the most expenisve state in the US, drive a sports car (that any retard can tell you is going to have high insurance)...also, you drive it in Cali, one of the most expensive states for insurance. You drive with no license or insurance,....you also drive without those...in a sports car, with Cali cops...and your a minority....i mean that explains why you cant pass that test, you sir are a ******* moron.

but PLEASE VERY RESPONSIBLE about your actions...
I lost a friend about 9-10 yrs ago to a car accident to a driver who had no license, no insurance... and unfortunately.. an 18 year old kid. She died right on the spot on Halloween to massive injuries... The kid was speeding and was not paying attention. His car clipped my friend's car, spinning her car sideways causing it to flip... killing her instantly.
When I went to the court hearing, that kid gave a statement in the court stating that "he felt his driving skills were fine and he didn't need a license to prove that, and as for insurance he couldn't afford it but felt he didn't think he'd get into an accident because his skills were good enough to avoid it..." He was convicted of Vehicular Manslaughter and sentenced 10-12 yrs in prison.
As to this day, I have no clue what happened to that kid, but I do know my friend is laying in her grave @ forest lawn in Hollywood Hills because someone thought they were good enough to be driving the way they did.
As I have read through the posts, I noticed your friends also have Z's which is respectable... but as you stated that you were unemployed and were struggling to keep your car, I initially felt bad... but then you stated that you had no insurance and worst off, were not able to pass the test multiple times and had no license... you reminded me of that kid who killed my friend.
If you're only keeping your car because it's cool and your friends only accept you for that, you really need to re-analyze what you're prioritizing and trying to achieve. You shouldn't worry about what car you drive now... when you finish college and attain a degree, then worry about that then. Til that happens, worry about getting your license, a car that gets you from Point A to Point B... and attaining your degree.
Again, I hope you are very aware of the potential consequences to your actions... and will hold responsibility if something were to happen, which I pray, doesn't. The last thing I want to see is you or someone coming into my Emergency Room because of your actions....
