well the insurance adjuster called me and he said that the car isnt totaled that they can fix it. the value of the car is 18k because of the miles its an 03 touring with 28k miles on it and the damage isn't exceeding 75% of the value

 

i was going 30mph

 

oh and he also said that he might look and see if he can find more damage to total off the car

 

Good choice! If you would've hit one of my kids, I would've shoot you on the sceene! If you're saying hit the kid, and do not have any children, you have no idea what the *** you're saying. That been said, parents need to be supervising your children so stuff like this do not happen!

Like I said, I've tought my kids to stay out of roads. But in the same token, kids are going to be kids... You have to drive defensively, be weary of bystandards, and if you hit one of my kids that were playing in front of my house or in a housing/residential area that you know for a fact, kids might be playing, I WILL SHOOT YOU! If you're not a parent, you should know where I am coming from!
