Default Swamped the backup

Huge deluge here a couple days ago. Lil' Z was tucked away safe and sound as I took my other car (1996 T/A). Got to a flooded viaduct and thought (stupidly) I could make it thru the rising water. The Eibach's have lowered her more than an inch, not helping matters and I made it about 70% across when she stalled. Finally got it restarted but it seems to be running really rough and the service engine soon light is on. Anyone know what potential issues I might have from the event?

At worst, bent valves and bent rods. If your lucky just bent valves. that would explain rough ride but still running. Good luck.
