Its a boy, slap slap, ten fingers,....wait! what's that?!
Taking delivery of my used 2004 350Z tomorrow. Without going to the mechanic, what are the top few things I could check on my own (when taking delivery) to ensure that there aren't any impending catastrophic failures lurking in my Z's near future. I understand I'm casting a wide net when I say "catastrophic failure" and it could range anything from the wheels falling off to my girlfriend's butt-ugly lesbian ex-girlfriend keying my Z in a jealous rage ........I guess I'm concerned about impending expensive repairs for obvious faults that I could have caught on my own when taking delivery of the car.
And yes, she may be butt ugly but the remote yet disturbingly attractive prospect of a threesome/catfight/threesome has recently induced me to stir up a hornets nest of boiling 3-way lust and lesbian rage .......hence my fear of an impending keying.

OP your post gave me a headache. but I'm feeling generous today. I must be sick
check all the fluids would be the first and foremost. change oil. check wheel torque (even though its pretty uncommon for lug nuts to come completely off...contrary to popular belief)

No 24-hour Denny's though. Oh man ...what I would do for a Denny's big breakfast right now.

Things that might fail eventually but you probably can't tell?
- window motor (there is a TSB for it)
- tire-feathering (some have it, some don't, there is a TSB for it if you do).
- rear-axle clicking (there is a TSB for it)
Nothing else "major" i would say.
PICS of G/F now.

what the hell was all that??
