I was leaving the hockey rink last night (decided to take it to hockey for the first time) and these 2 idiots I've know for a few years are standing there as I'm driving out. Idiot 1 says "what happened, you used to have nice cars, next you'll have a mini van" (i have 3KGT, 00 Eclipse, 70 302 Mustang). Idiot 2 then says " I used to love the mustang and now you drive a girls car". WTF!!

My Z is 05 DB Base. I've kept it stock with no spoiler, I liked the clean look. Do i have to put a huge wing and body kit so it could get the respect it deserves.

Is this what other people think about the Z?

1. It doesn't have a V-8.
2. It doesn't have a bed (pick up).
3. It ain't a Chevy, Dodge, or a Ford.
4. You can't mount a gun rack in the back.
5. It doesn't have 35" mud terrain tires.

(in other words ... you ain't gonna' see a redneck driving one in pubic - therefore girl's car)

I do agree, it is a girls car ... as in all the females look at it as I drive by.

Just relating my experience as it happened. Im not 17, and really don't give **** what some dumb asses at the hockey rink who drive SUVs cause their wives don't let them have a sports car think. This was the first time I got negative feedback and was wondering if anyone else had either.
