1. If you remember, the little center support area on the front of the drivers seat (if that makes sense) - do both seats have it?

2. How'd it sound????

I think I'm going to head up there tomorrow with my DV camcorder and try and get some footage, and hopefully sounds.
Even though its the weekend, I have to think with these cars finally here some Nissan guys will be driving them every chance they get...

 

Lowfuel, I'm disappointed in you. Haven't you read your brochure like three thousand times? The center bolster is only on the drivers seat, because (according to the hyperbole-crazy copywriters) that is the only seat that matters.

As far as the engine note, dc350z gives a nice account in his post this evening.

 

1. Regarding seat, I think only the driver's seat has the center extra support. I also think the sides of the back of the driver seat are more profound, in that they come further forward. But on either point, I can't be 100%.

2. I didn't hear it! I was within 20 feet of the brickyard as the driver pulled away, and I didn't listen for the engine. I'm sorry all. I know how many of you are anxious to know the sound. But even if I had of heard it, I would probably be clueless as to how to describe it.

 

Yeah Yeah, I read that in the brochure, but I didnt know if it was marketing shpeak - i thought they might end up making them the same to simplify the production process (and thus reduce cost). Glad they didnt.

 

that's the reason they made the 3 tachometer?(something like that) faced toward u, i think the designer got this idea from supra~

 

I thought that was a nod back to the original 240Z...
