Where were you when you first saw a 350z? What was going through your mind? For me i was riding home from school and i saw this murcielago orange Z that was insanely loud and i almost cried and told myself one day i am gonna have that car. haha

I saw a DB Z driving the other way on the highway on a sunny day. I could practically see it a half mile away becuase it was almost glowing with the way the sun shines on the paint.

 

Seeing some asian guy getting out of his 350z at a movie theatre.. very casual area, but this guys wearing a 1k$ suit and has a bangin girl with him in a real short dress.. his car was very shiney and very nicely done - I knew right then and there I wanted one. Took a few years..

first 350z I saw was a 2003 Track model, was still @ Stealership. first thought was "damn those door handles are ugly".

 

and then you saw the 370z door handles...

 

Passed by a Nissan dealer and saw a PPW track model inside the showroom. Turned around with a friend and stopped in, 2 min later the security guard told us to get off the lot (after hours). I absolutely fell in love with it, in 2003, its curves were so different than what was out.

 

I was going by the Nissan dealership and they were unloading them off the transport truck (first shipment of the 03's to the dealership). Went back the next day and bought a PPW Enthusiast.

 

I was in the market for a Sky Redline. Actually I was in the line. Number 3248, about 18 months before I would get it.

I went car shopping with my dad who, in a mental lapse, decided he wanted a Chrysler 300. While we were at the Credit Union car lot, I saw it. A silver convertible Z with (the part that sold me) orange leather seats. It took me a month to decide, and I talked them down about 5k since they were selling a convertible going into winter and no one wanted it. In the end, I bought it and I love it.

 

2002 LA Auto Show

 

October 2003. I was at Home Depot. Saw a Daytona Blue 350Z in the parking lot. Walked around the car for a couple of minutes, and decided that this “must” be my next car. Bought a new 350Z 3 months later.

 

Same as you..Saw it there as well...But never got around to getting one for several years.

 

i remember i saw somebody who lives pretty close pulling out of their driveway onto the main road in a pearl white one with the HID's my first thought was "wow the future is here!" lol i never thought i would own one becuase of the price and before i knew it i had one for a year and that was almost 6 months ago...

 

I was on the freeway coming home from another day in college when I saw and heard something coming up behind me real fast. The loud engine purr just killed me! I couldn't believe a car like that could sound and look so sexy....and a girl was driving it!

I knew that was the car I would get someday...took me about 3 years tho!

 

Seattle speedway. I was in the viper and tried chasing down what I guess to be a TT monster that was huggin turns and not afraid to go ***** out on the apexes. I remember being too scared to rail my car to catch him and made the decision right then I was buying that car TT'n it and driving the muthfkng shiat out of it. I have 2 Zs now and have barely spent any time driving either due to downtime for parts, repairs, shop work

 

Was at the Acura dealership for a RSX type S at Cerritos Auto Square. I was inside talking about numbers and then I heard the distinct 350z exhaust sound but definately louder than usual. I turn to look and saw a super black 350z with TE-37s and probably the nismo exhaust. Then I turned around and asked the Acura sale's rep, "where is the closest Nissan Dealership?" I was sold. Haha.

I saw a yellow 350z speeding down a road at a Long Island Beach. Everyone around me wondered what car it was lol.

 

I saw one in the parking lot on the bike trial while we were blading, 03 LeMans Sunset. God awful color, told the ole lady I would be driving another Z car real damn soon. Graduated in 04 and picked up PPW 05 enthusiast. The Love affair continues.

 

I was on my honeymoon in Hawaii Oct. 2002. Pretty sure it was black... it was dark outside, but there was no mistaking what car it was.
