Default 04 to 07 Upgrade

Hello

Has anyone upgraded from a 2004 model to a 2007 model ?

I am looking for people who have done this exercise.

Was there a significant difference and benefit?

Was it better to keep the 04 model and modify it to make it go faster?

Pretty random, but it's funny how you say "exercise"
Like if you do this more then once.
