Smile Hi everyone! I am joining the club with a 2008 GT!

I used to drive a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. I've had pleasure driving it for the past 2 years:

- Exterior styling is truely unique.
- Nothing sounds quite like the MIVEC at 6500RPM.
- 750 Watts of RF beats any stock BOSE I've heard to date.

But I began to get tired of Eclipse's

- Huge turning radius.
- Heavy and bulky body
- Slow and irresponsive transmission (mine was AT)

So I have moved on. Introducing my 2008 350Z Grand Touring. In case you wonder about the colour, it's called Glacier Pearl, which is identical to Pike Peak White in the US.

Overall, it's very difficult to contain my excitement for the Z. Transmission is very smooth yet responsive. Power is always there when you need it. Brembo clamps tightly and silently. Bi-xenon lit up things like nothing else, and red LED tails are simply intimidatingly bright.

LOVE THIS CAR. JUST LOVE IT.

Hey thanks man, sorry I am kinda used to this 24" LCD, LOL.

Looks like you have clear / white front reflectors? Are they difficult to swap / mod? That's probably one of the 1st thing I would do.

The lower front reflectors were already there when I bought the car (June this year). The previous owner did a few mods to the car. I don't think they would be hard at all though. They aren't illuminated so there are no wires to bother with.

That's what I thought. I can probably pop them out, and overlay themwith reflective white vinyl. This way, it's white, AND it's legal (because it's reflective) so I won't have any cop trouble.

Just take the bumper off and grab a screw driver.

A friend and I (OK, I mostly handed him tools) swapped out my reflectors without taking off the bumper. Mike had a right angled screwdriver. It's a screw driver and the head is 90 degrees to the handle. You can get it at Sears, etc.
The driver's side is easy. It's the passenger side that's a pain.

Yeah I think I could get such a tool as well from Sears. Would you mind telling me why the passenger side is more diffilcult? You'd ***think*** the 2 sides are symmetrical.

The passenger side has the windshield washer fluid (I think) bottle blocking it.

Seems like many people here like PPW / Glacier Pearl.

I have to admit, I can't take my eyes off this car. Especially now I just got my windows tined (20% all around).

Black windows + pearl white body = SEXY!

I thought window tint was illegal here in BC, no? I want to tint mine, but I find the cops here (esp in Richmond) always looking to pull me over.
