and i know what it feels like to wait for 6 plus months for a car that your nuts about....i sold over a 100 PT cruisers my self and those people were nutty

That's great, my dealer hasn't told me Sh#@ as usual but I think it will be next week as well, I can;t wait, my wife can't wait either so I shut up, these last week she has been about ready to choke me When we get them we should get together and blow people's minds who haven't seen one let alone a flock!!!! Thinsk I can make it to 300 posts before it gets here??

hope u get yours too- theres few enough foe everyone to feel special afterall I ONLY BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I LIKED IT AND IF EVERYONE HAD ONE I WOULD STILL LIKE MINE. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR ONLY BECAUSE IT ATTRACTS PEOPLE ASKING QUESTIONS THAT BECOMES A PAIN IN THE BUT FAST AS YOU MAY SOON SEE!!!!!!!!!!

 

There are quite a few of us...I'd say we all get together in early October, once the bulk of us have gotten our cars. I'd be a willing host, but one of the dealerships down here is thinking of sponsoring a Z-club, so we may want it there...

MY son is 6 ft.5 inches tall he is only 16 years old but he has a size 16 shoe I read where someone drove a new z and they had a size 10 1/2 shoe and his foot kept getting stuck in the control pedals. I have a 13 shoe size(might have to take my shoes off to drive) and do you think my son will end up putting my new z in his bedroom? Thru the wall that is. plus he has never drove a stickshift- can I teach him on your car -please?

 

First why in H@#$ would you let a your 16 year old drive it (nothing against Victor) but I have a 19 year old and he is not getting close to mine, I know what he will do with it when he gets with his buddies and I amnot even going to risk it. He'll get to look at it but that is it.

 

My dealer called me (surprise) and gave me my VIN and a delivery date of 09/25+-. I can't possibly wait another month. Does anbody think that this will be the ship that arrives at JAX on 09/22? Lets hope for sooner.

Lets try to be respectful of the other members of this forum that may be 16 (or any other teen for that matter). Believe it or not, there are, in fact, responsible teens that are able to drive just as safely and effectively as the oldest members of this forum.

(Not that I have a bias or anything. Its not like I've recently turned 17 when my Z was ordered in my 16th year of living.)

Us teens are not all like the (joking) arrogant 16 yr. old that made that infamous post a while ago.

I'm sorry, but I think it's inappropriate to buy a 16 year old a brand new 350z. Nothing against the teens here, enjoy your car, but I don't subsribe to that idea.

I know what you mean, I know mine is going to bug the hell out me to drive it, I don't know if I will be up to it even with me in it, I would be a wreck, because i would have to kill him if anything happen there is no way around that. I feel like an expectant mother having waited over 6 months for the arrival. I didn;t mean anything by my previous posting. Enjoy, the time is near.

 

Unfortunately I do not have a schedule for mine until around late Oct possibly Nov. I would be happy to attend or see one in person; please let me know if there is any such event...patiently waiting !!!!

 

Sure, Ray. just fly him up here to old Oklahoma some weekend. I'm sure we can work out the monetary arrangements for his lessons. A few Ks should do the trick, I'm easy to get along with!
