Default help with purchase of new car

the same year the 350 came out i went out to just test drive and get a brochure...bout a week later i purchased a lemans sunset with the black and orange leather 350 anniversary seats...had the car for a bout 3-4 months when my wife and i decided to purchase our first home.as you can guess the car had to go, we've been stuck with only 1 vehicle until now. (i had a civic sedan but it broke down yea a z to a civic i had so much fun!!!) long story short ive been saving up and im ready to get another car...oldest son is 9 and our youngest is almost 11months...i got 2 cars on my list a g35 and another z...the z has more possiblilities to mod (in my opinion)
somebody help me...what do you think i should buy?

family man gets no fun unless he's rich. you should probably stick with the G35 and the sedan isn't a terrible idea in your scenario. they still have some pep.

I have a wife.

I have a brand-new house (with a brand-new mortgage).

And, three months after moving into the house, I was prompted by my wife to get a Z.

I have a wife. She owns and Accord. When we have kids the Accord will be dedicated to the kids. If that means she gets to drive my car to work, so be it.

We don't have kids yet, but that's our plan.

i think that you should stay far away fro the Z. there are better ones out there to suit you and your family

Get the sedan if you are going to be running the baby around. If it just going to be you most of the time get the Z.

I thought after two kids you were required to get a mini-van....

funny thing about it...this discussion was brought about because i was talkin bout getting the g35 coupe and my goes im suprised you dont go and get another z??? so i ran out the room and immediately went to autotrader.com and cars.com...but i just wanna be fair to my boys...dont wanna say well i can only get one of you in daddys nice car...but on the other hand i can always go get a daily driver in addition to the z!!!

im also thinking about maintenance of the car.
i want something with power, nice interior, and if it breaks down the cost of fixing wont kill me...

then I say again, forget the Z.

no one but yourself can do your research for you. you need to get out, go check some cars out from various dealers and makes, then make your own decision for something that will suit you. all you will get from here is a bunch of personal opinions that do absolutely nothing for you at all.

Of course i will have the last word on what fits my needs, but opinions are always welcomed...isnt that what the forums are for? people who might have the same questions as you? shared information?

I own both cars.Theres a few ways to look at it.The G is differant then the Z in many ways. The whole family can enjoy the car.The Z is truly you and your wifes car.Although you could probably strap the car seats to the Z's back strut bar..LOL

I have a Z. Past the kids stage which works for my wife and I. If we had two children I would have the G35. Check around. If modding is in your blood, a G35 can be modded beyond belief.

I would go with the G35 it will just have more practicality in your scenerio.
