Lol, never mind.

Fwoosh! Right over his head.

How about we just plunge a stake into this thread and let it die before people start insulting cops and getting on my nerves.

Notice the arrows pointing at minimum an $85k car.
Then pull out your websters dictionary and look up the word IRONY.

In an attempt to join the bandwagon, you achieve FAIL status.

Good thing you don't then....

Had my girl on the back... considered it as I could see him coming from about a mile back, but it was wet/cold out, and we'd been riding for 6 hours, (the last 2 spent to no avail trying to find a hotel room)

Got the option to take a $75 Traffic Diversion course. Took a 2 hour course = No ticket

You should just stop while you're behind.

I was pulled over a couple weeks after getting my Z. I didn't come to a complete stop leaving a grocery store turning on to the main road (rolled slightly), and went through an intersection going 5 over the speed limit.

I thought it was a stupid reason to pull someone over, but I knew I was in the wrong. I think if you have the mindset that you are in the wrong you are much better off. just be polite, have your license, insurance and registration ready before he even comes to the car, and ffs if he asks you why you got pulled over answer honestly and don't pretend you didn't do anything wrong.

it also doesn't hurt to act a little scared and apologetic. if you are blowing it off as no big deal they will be more likely to write the ticket.

HDPD - you should list some things that you look for when you decide to cite someone or not.

Yeah id like to know what the officers on here get "annoyed at" or "look for etc" Ive always been curious.

I live in Baltimore city and the cops here dont get enough credit for what they put up with. I always find that yes sir and no sir go a long way in addition to having all your papers ready to go. Plus you have to keep in mind that if cops live in your area and you do stupid **** they will see you eventually. You may not be getting pulled over for what you were doing just then but for the drift you did coming out of the grocery store a week ago. Just gotta use your head.

well keep in mind he is only one man and the next cop will have a different mindset. I just want to get in a cops head for a minute and hear what he thinks.. something to keep in mind if I get pulled over in the future.
