Mini me! err Zee?
My new toy arrived today and I had to show it off.
It's a ChronoQ. Cost me about AUD$10 inc delivery from Japan. Apparently they're going to release all the colours but of course they released the best one first

I have a zip zap Z in sunset.
I put a turbo engine in it ( 40k rpm ) and now all it does is burn rubber. And do donuts. I need better tires on it. Maybe I will de-tune it a bit.
These things are fun as hell. Even my cat likes it. Ever since I got it and chased him around the house with it, I find it in odd places. He gets it, no matter where I hide it ( even in drawers ) and takes it downstairs (dragging it by its antenna in his mouth ) and bats it around on the wood tile floor. "Revenge is sweet!" , I imagine him thinking.

there are a bunch of different manufacturers. Zip zaps at radio shack. Others at toys r us and wal mart. I got my bit charg-r celica off of ebay. They are about 20 bucks. I have:
2003 mustang gt yellow
2004 mazda rx-8 red
2003 pt-cruiser purple
ferarri F1 car red
2002 toyota celica GTS
2003 350z lemans sunset.
I have a variety of tires wheels engines etc. Its fun to race them. There are road courses with traffic cones for slaloming, gas stations tune up shops and carrying cases. It's an industry.
The chrono Q cars are actually way cooler having proportional steering and IR controllers and a longer running time and are a bit smaller, but they are also a bit more expensive than your average mini rc car.

Ah, Choro-Q number 17
<--- was super hard to find one to match my Z chrome sliver (Choro-Q #2) but founded it. its a super rare edition, has amber strip and windshield wipers. I think i paid $15 for both that and the #17 I don't think they got all the colors out yet or plan to, none of the other models have more than 2 colors if lucky.
oh, note that choro-Q are not radio controlled, just pull back action

I think you're mistaking this for mini RC.
With this, you would push the car down and pull back which winds up the gear. When you let go it goes flying off straight. No battery or control

Yeah I think you US people call them penny racers. You can put a coin in the slot at the back and it'll pop wheelies
Bought it from Hobby Link Japan
EDIT: BTW at a guess it's only a little over an inch long.
