ooh what a dirt bag, yea i would instantly be on a plane and at his doorstep with:
a) a police officer
b) a 9mm
c) a dog who only bites at peoples *****
d) all of the above

Damn! that's sad to hear. We should come up with ideas to avoid this from happening again! Specially from private sellers to protect the buyer as well as the seller.
I hope you get your money back, specially now that economy is really f#$$% bad.

The car is holding a clean title with a minor accident history, bumper to bumper accident. The body is stright and no hidden damages. Ever since I have the car, I put around 6000 miles on the car and the supercharger was added when I purchuse the car and other modification was done less than 100 miles ago. If you somewhat in the same state or close to then answer this craigs listing with intent to buy, and offer a pick up of the product as well and tell the seller that you will pay in person cash. Then when you seal the deal rough em up for your cash back!

If you have his address contact HIS local police department with all necessary information and they will do something. I used to be an avid paintball player and traded guns online on this forum and I was once ripped off 1200 for a paintball gun and I called their police department and they got him. It was 3 months till I got my money back but its better than nothin
