Tinghei sold me a stillen stage 3 supercharger and carbon fiber hood. I sent $3650 via paypal. Paypal says they cant help because he has no money in his account to refund, and shortly after I sent the payment he stopped communication, if you have any info that may help, it would be much appreciated. dispute a charge from your credit card company. you are **** out of luck if its from you checking/saving account.

file a fraud report with local police department, ask paypal for the seller account info. and goin from there..........local police will drop by his door soon!

Wow, I'm sorry to hear this. I just got taken for $105, but the guy claims he's not a scammer. Yet, its been over a week and still no money back. I hope you can get this resolved man, hopefully you charged it and your CC will have your back.

I got scammed out of 125 ish.....cant remember............the guy was like "i didnt do it" im a lawyer......why would i do that....waa...waa...waa..........

Yet he had multiple e-bay listings of the product i sold him.......probably from others like me that got scammed.....

no your not. Get your bank involved if you sent the $$$ from a checking/savings account. Your bank works for you, paypal doesn't. Your bank is much more helpful in these situations than paypal
