price is not really a good guage.
I suggest you search and see what gains other members have gotten from basic bolt ons and search prices on vendor sites.
there are only so many options for you, and some single options are over 2k for one part (cams + install and tuning for instance).
the point is there is no real way to answer this question logically.

OP, I'm going to try to control my sarcasm and actually give some advice on the problem at hand.
What do you want out of the car? more HP? better handling? general quick acceleration? NA or FI?
If you're going to stay NA then do the common drop in filter, plenum spacer, HFC, exhaust....and maybe some tires (if you buy used on the other stuff this is attainable).
could always do some suspension upgrades, but they all come with their necessary accompanying mods.

asking vague questions will get you nowhere on this site...or any Z site.
